Architectural Philosophy
We design forthe ordinary hour.
Not the launch-day render, but the Tuesday morning. Where the light lands at 7 AM, how far the kitchen is from the door, whether the balcony is deep enough to actually sit on. Every plan we approve is tested against the ordinary hour first.
Light and air before layout
Orientation, cross ventilation and shading are fixed before a single wall is drawn.
Materials that age well
Stone, timber and anodised metal chosen to weather gracefully in Bengaluru's climate.
