Can I complete the purchase without travelling to India?
Yes. Most of our NRI buyers complete the journey remotely using live virtual tours, video construction updates and a registered power of attorney for signing. We will always recommend at least one visit before handover, but it is not a requirement of the process.
What documents are typically required?
Generally a valid passport, visa or OCI card, PAN card, overseas address proof and, where applicable, a notarised power of attorney. Requirements vary by bank and by state, so our team shares a checklist specific to your situation.
How are payments made from abroad?
Payments are made through NRE, NRO or FCNR accounts in accordance with prevailing RBI rules. Your bank and chartered accountant will confirm what applies to you; we provide the invoices and receipts needed for those records.
How do virtual site visits work?
A residence manager walks the site on a scheduled video call in your time zone, covering the unit, the floor, common areas and construction progress. Sessions are recorded and shared with you afterwards.
Who manages the home before I move in?
Our post-handover team can coordinate interior fit-out, utility connections and periodic checks on the residence until you take occupation.
