Aarav Estates was founded in 2014 around a simple discipline: design first, sell second, and hand over when we said we would.
Our Philosophy
Buildings areread slowly.
We think of a residence as something a family reads over decades, not something a buyer scans in a fifteen-minute site visit. That changes what we spend money on.
It means deeper balconies rather than more amenity icons. Better waterproofing rather than a taller entrance arch. A landscape budget protected until the last month of the project rather than cut when costs tighten.
It also means saying no. We have declined land parcels where the only viable plan would have blocked light for half the homes. We would rather build less than build something we would not live in.

The first address
Aarav Estates is founded in Bengaluru with a 24-home project in Koramangala.
2016
A design practice, not a builder
The in-house design review board is formed to sit between architect and site.
2018
Beyond Bengaluru
First project outside Karnataka completed in Chennai.
2020
Building for the long day at home
Work-from-home layouts and co-working lounges become standard across new launches.
2022
1,500 homes
The 1,500th residence is handed over across Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune and Hyderabad.
2024
The land practice
Aarav Meadows launches, extending the philosophy to plotted development.
